1st Offense D.U.I. Mimimum Sentence Requirements for Violating California Vehicle Code 23152 (a) & (b).

(1) Probation: Usually 3 years probation is given as part of a 1st offense DUI. It could be longer depending on the circumstances of your particular situation.
